Individual Paper Proposals

Submit an Individual Paper

Accepted papers will be grouped into panels in accordance with their themes and assigned a chair by the executive scientific committee. Co-authored papers can also be proposed. While more than one proposal can be made, please note that only one paper per participant will be accepted. In case of co-authored papers, no participant will be permitted to make more than one presentation.

Registering for the Congress is not required for submission. However, you must be signed up for a free WOCMES website account to be able to submit a Paper Proposal.

Paper proposals accepted by the congress Scientific Committee will be published in the scientific program ONLY if participants of the panel register by June 1, 2014.

To propose a paper:

- Individual paper proposers should register their abstracts through the online submission system.
- The abstracts should be around 300-400 words. Please do not include references, bibliographical notes, or your contact information in the abstract text.
- Proposals must be submitted in English or French.
- Please do not use ALL CAPS or leave titles in lower case letters.
